Yanglimdong Christian Pilgrimage Tour (VR)
The interactive video experience guides visitors through historic Christian pilgrimage sites in Yangnim-dong, Gwangju before returning to the village's landmark Dahyung-Dabang Cafe for respite and play. Users first experience and get accustomed to the immersive moving video of the sites, with the character Muru appearing intermittently as a guide. The narration guides users up the stairway to Rev. Wilson's house and through the Yangnim-dong Missionary Cemetery. The final scene takes place in the cafe, where users could jump from one time block to another and fast-forward to different times of the day. Muru randomly appears and playfully engages viewers in various ways depending on the time of the day. Time is on an infinite loop in the cafe, and users may stay as long as they like to enjoy the passage of time and jovial interactions with Muru.
